We’re All Made of Parts. And I’m Not Always Mr. Right

People often see that side of me that’s upbeat, focused, got it together.

Mr. Right. Mr. Positive. Mr. Sorted.

Yes! And that is true. That part shows up. Gets things done. Smashes it out. Driven and kicking goals.

But that’s not the full picture.

And… not always the case.

Because like anyone, I’ve got parts of me. We all do.

The part of me that’s driven. Loves structure, discipline, ticking the boxes.

And then there’s the other part… the one that kicks in when a block of chocolate is too desirable and distraction is too easy.

Sometimes I want to lean into growth, challenge, action.

Other times, I want to retreat into my cave and avoid that one thing I know I should do.

Those parts clash.

But I’ve learned something powerful:

When you stop judging your parts and start listening to them, something shifts.

You accept.

You understand.

You integrate.

That’s real grounding. That’s awareness.

And yes it feels great. Even a realised relief.

Like I’ve said before. It’s always easier to work on a problem or a challenge than it is to work from the inside out.

But the inside is where the change sticks.

If this resonates? Message me. Doesn’t have to be a coaching session it can be a call to understand more.

I’m always happy to share what I’ve learnt and a conversation that goes beyond surface level chat.

However if you are ready to experience powerful change work and  begin to experience profound shifts and live with control and ease.

Then you’ll definitely want a coaching session.

And experience the POWER OF YOU.
