My Hell Yes: A Life of Service, Not Sales

After all, life is a matter of choice. And today, I choose gratitude — for the little things, the big things, and especially the people I get to connect with every day.

The other day I was on a call with a client from the other side of the country. We’d never met. No handshakes, just voices. And yet — you know that feeling when you just connect? When you can sense that the person on the other end of the line could really use someone who gets it? That’s why I do what I do.

Yes, I’m a selling agent — I help people sell their properties and get the best result I can. But for me, that’s just the surface. What I really do is work for all concerned.

It’s not about being needy. It’s about being of service.

I do my best to truly understand what matters most — to both the seller and the buyer. Because it’s not just about matching people to properties. It’s about aligning people with what’s most important to them. And that doesn’t always mean the property I’m selling — and that’s okay. Because I know that when I lead with service and connection, everyone wins.

I haven’t always worked in real estate, but I’ve always been in service — and this has always been in me. The part of me that lights up when I help someone make a meaningful decision. The part of me that listens, deeply. The part of me that sees people, not prospects.

So, here’s my hell yes:

Find what lights you up. What ignites you. And do that.

That doesn’t mean it’s easy. It means getting real with yourself. Looking not only at what you love — but also at what frustrates you, angers you, breaks your heart. Because those are clues too. Often, where there’s dissonance, there’s a buried value. And where there’s a value, there’s purpose.

This is the deeper layer of my work — not just as a real estate agent, but as a coach. Through You Ignite Coaching, I help people align their shadow with their light. To find meaning not just in the moments that feel good — but in the ones that reveal the truth.

It’s not just a hobby. It’s a life’s work. One I’ve been researching, training in, and living for over 20 years. And if this resonates with you, let’s chat.

Send me a message. I’d love to connect.
