Every now and then, I witness something that reminds me why I do what I do — the exact moment someone remembers who they are.
She came to our session looking for direction with her job. But as she spoke, I could sense something deeper. Her words were about work, but her energy told a different story. I asked a few questions, and suddenly the truth came through — she was heartbroken. A relationship had ended, and she’d been carrying the weight of that loss in silence.
I could feel it in her voice, her body posture, even her breath — everything about her system was collapsed inward.
I invited her to pause.
We began the Foundational Sequence from mBraining — connecting her Heart, Head, and Gut intelligences using breath and awareness.
At first, her focus was in her head — looping thoughts, confusion, analysis.
Then we dropped into the Heart — the place of compassion and connection.
But it was when we reached the Gut that everything shifted.
Her breath deepened. Her shoulders rolled back. Her spine straightened.
It was like watching her nervous system reclaim its command.
I could see the moment she remembered: I matter. I’m strong. I’m safe in myself.
We anchored that state, integrated it across all three intelligences, and by the end, her whole energy had changed — calm, centred, radiant.
A week later, she called me to say she wasn’t obsessing anymore. The old emotional charge had dissolved. She’d reconnected to her power — the kind that doesn’t depend on anyone else.
That experience reminded me why this work is so profound. It’s not about positive thinking or quick fixes — it’s about alignment.
When your Heart leads with truth, your Head finds clarity, and your Gut acts with courage.
That’s coherence. That’s freedom.
Reflection:
Where in your life have you been overthinking what really needs to be felt — and what would shift if your Heart, Head, and Gut aligned right now?
