Let’s get real.
I spent years trying to think my way into change.
It didn’t work.
Because real transformation starts in the body — not the head.
Transformation starts in the body — not the head.
Science fact – embodied cognition shows your body shapes your thoughts, not just the other way around.
80% of signals in the parasympathetic nervous system move upward, from body to brain.
Only 20% are top-down.
Shift your state from the body first, and the mind comes with you.
And when you learn to move your awareness through your body — to shine the torch of focused attention — you unlock far more than positive thinking ever could.
Body-Set Coaching helps you stop overthinking and start living from your whole system. We lead with heart and gut intelligence, not just the head. It’s practical, powerful, and designed to shift how you show up.
I began my personal discovery journey in 2009 — though honestly, it started long before that. 2009 was the year I finally kicked myself into gear and invested in real training. I started as a practitioner, and from there, I became obsessed.
Since then, I’ve spent over 15 years training, coaching, and studying across a range of holistic methods and techniques. I’m a certified Master Coach, and next year, I’m heading to France to deepen my studies in embodied practices — to grow, connect with like-minded individuals, meet up with colleagues, and keep learning. Because growth doesn’t stop. The craft keeps evolving — and so does the joy of helping others reclaim their control, tools, and unique path forward.
The Philosophy of Body-Set Coaching
Body-Set Coaching is the craft of Body–Mind scaping — not to override the head brain, but to align the body’s intelligence so the head can express its highest functions: creativity and innovation.
We lead with heart intelligence (values, compassion), move with gut intelligence (courage, instinct, action), and regulate through the autonomic nervous system (connection, safety, flow, restoration).
True clarity and power don’t come from thinking harder — they come from integrating the full intelligence of your body.
Science is catching up with what ancient practices always knew:
Breath, posture, eye movement, and nervous system regulation are powerful gateways to shifting emotional states, identity, and ultimately our life outcomes.
You don’t need to meditate on a mountaintop or become a monk.
You do need to:
Learn to breathe, move, shake, hum, or adjust your voice tone — just to name a few.
Swallow your smile, or let your body find its unique rhythm and flow.
These aren’t gimmicks; they’re tools to break old patterns and retrain your body. Once you understand the principles behind them, their simplicity becomes powerful.
Over time, you can rewire your system to respond with choice, not reaction, and gain the tools to control your emotional state with purpose.
Coaching with Me: What to Expect
We begin with a 30-minute no-obligation assessment. It’s an opportunity to connect, for me to assess if I can truly offer value, and for you to determine if you’re ready to make meaningful change. Motivation, commitment, and responsibility are paramount!
If we’re a good fit, we’ll work together through sessions that are typically 60 minutes, tailored to meet you where you are and help move you forward. Exercises between sessions are usually spaced 2-4 weeks apart.
Each session is charged prior to commencing and only for those truly committed to making lasting change, I offer bulk-buy discounts. This is perfect for the dedicated learner who recognises this as their next step and is ready to invest in their growth.
I want to share a profound story I once heard.
The Socratic Desire for Change
A proud young man once approached Socrates and said,
“O great Socrates, I come to you for wisdom.”
Socrates led him to the sea, took him chest-deep into the water, and suddenly pushed him under.
After about thirty seconds, he pulled the man up. Gasping for air, the student still cried,
“Wisdom, O great Socrates!”
Socrates pushed him under again.
After several rounds, the young man emerged coughing, shouting,
“Air! I need air!”
Socrates looked him in the eye and said:
“When you want wisdom as much as you want air, then you will begin to find it.”
Transformation requires commitment. You don’t need perfection — just a genuine desire for change.
I offer a 30–45 minute intro session — no cost, no pressure. Just a real conversation to see if this work aligns with your goals.
I work with individuals ready to make real change. Message me directly to book your session.
